CRYSTAL BALDWIN
Crystal provides 11 years of management experience within the Edmonton construction industry.
Crystal is a designated National Construction Safety Officer and Auditor via the Alberta Construction Safety Association and is D-Trac Construction’s & Director of Operations.

PATRICK BALDWIN
Patrick is the CEO of D-Trac Construction Inc. which he founded in 2008. With over 20 years’ experience in the construction industry, Patrick’s extensive background includes Project Manager for one of Edmonton’s largest disaster restoration firms whom he worked for since the age of 19. He also worked as a Property Appraiser and assisted in appraising homes related to the 2002 Okanagan wild fires.
Patrick is a Red Seal Journeyman Carpenter, certified in the province of Alberta for Asbestos removal and has several years experience in mould remediation and property restoration. Patrick is a designated National Construction Safety Officer and is currently working towards obtaining Building Codes Safety Officer certification via the Safety Codes Council of Alberta.
